Orders & shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

How long does delivery take?
We process orders in 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after they ship.

Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship to addresses in the United States.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also use our order tracking page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped it can't be changed, but you can return it.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Email support@luvonetic.us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Products

How do I clean a water fountain?
Rinse the bowl and pump every 1–2 weeks and replace the filter about once a month. Each fountain includes instructions.

Will my cat use it?
Most cats need a few days to get used to something new. Place it where your cat already likes to spend time, and add a little catnip or a treat to help.
